Girly Gored Skirt
An elastic waist swing skirt with timeless appeal that can be custom made to fit any size little girl. Just measure their hips to determine the number of panels required. Smooth across the hips with a lower flare. For those with sergers, construction options include exposed seams between gores, finished with thread to blend or contrast with the fabric, and a simple serged lower edge in place of hemming. Without a serger you can craft with traditional interior seams and a small turned up hem. Approximate sizes 2 through 10.
